Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all hardware and manuals.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
